Overview

Quran AI pairs an authentic Qur'an reader with a study companion. The Qur'anic text comes from the verified Tanzil Uthmani (Hafs 'an 'Asim) database bundled with the app and checksum-verified — it is never generated or altered by AI. Everything reads offline.

Alongside the text, an AI companion answers in eight distinct modes: Ask, Tafsir, Stories, Learn, Teach, Guidance, Duas & Dhikr, and Word by Word. You choose your answer depth — Simple, Standard or Scholarly — and every verse citation is checked against the authentic database before it is shown.

Daily practice is covered too: location-based prayer times with a countdown, a Qibla compass, a digital tasbih, the 99 Names of Allah, a Hijri calendar, and a daily Ayah, Hadith and Dua. A hifz tracker records the surahs and juz you have memorised and schedules revision using the sabaq, sabqi and manzil method.

The app is built to be respectful of the tradition it serves: full English and Arabic with right-to-left layout, sahih and hasan hadith only, honorifics throughout, no sectarian content — and it is framed as a study aid that supports, never replaces, learning from a qualified teacher.

No. The Qur'anic text is never generated or altered by AI. It comes only from an authenticated, checksum-verified Tanzil Uthmani (Hafs 'an 'Asim) database bundled with the app. The AI companion sits alongside the text and every verse citation it produces is checked against that database before display.

Does Quran AI work offline?
