Clayberry Town has no login, so we cannot look you up by name or email. To help us find a purchase, include the date and time, your device (iPhone or Android), and — for purchase questions — the order or transaction ID from your App Store or Google Play receipt.

Where do I find Berry Club?
Tap the grown-ups button in the app, answer the grown-ups' question, then open the Berry Club tab. Children never see prices: if they tap a locked level, Berry asks them to fetch a grown-up.
What is free, and what does Berry Club add?
Every game's Easy-peasy levels are free, with no ads. Berry Club opens Just right and Super tricky in every game, and new games and levels as we add them.
I subscribed, but the levels are still locked.
Unlocking needs the internet once. Connect to Wi-Fi, open the grown-ups' area → Berry Club, and tap Unlock now. After that the app plays offline. If it still says the device isn't unlocked, email us with the store's order or transaction ID.
How do I restore Berry Club on a new phone or tablet?
Install Clayberry Town, open the grown-ups' area → Berry Club and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you subscribed with. On the App Store, family members in your Family Sharing group can do the same.
How do I cancel?
In the grown-ups' area → Berry Club → Manage subscription, or in your Apple Account / Google Play subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial or period ends to avoid the next charge. Berry Club stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Does the app collect anything about my child?
No. Profiles, progress, stars and stickers stay on the device. The app only goes online to check a Berry Club purchase. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
