Catholic Arcade — Privacy Policy

1. About This Policy

This policy applies to the Catholic Arcade mobile application for iOS and Android, Bible learning games for readers from age 6 to adults, published by Appfide Private Limited ("Appfide," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at XXI/152 Panadans, Cochin University Post, Ernakulam – 682022, Kerala, India.

It sits alongside our company-wide Privacy Policy. Where the two differ, this app-specific policy prevails for Catholic Arcade. Sections of the company policy about user accounts, sign-in, profile data, analytics and web payments do not apply to Catholic Arcade.

2. In Short

  • No accounts, no sign-in, no names or email addresses.
  • No ads, ever. No analytics, tracking or advertising IDs.
  • The app works fully offline. It does not send anything to us or to anyone else; on Android it does not even ask for permission to use the internet.
  • Each player's nickname, buddy animal, progress, stars and stickers stay on the device.

3. What Stays on the Device

Player profiles (a nickname and a buddy animal), their progress, stars, stickers and the app's settings are stored only on the device. We never receive them. A grown-up can reset a game's progress or remove a player in the grown-ups' area; deleting the app removes everything.

4. What We Receive

Nothing. Catholic Arcade has no server, no third-party SDKs that collect data, and no in-app purchases. The App Store and Google Play handle downloads and updates under their own privacy policies; they may share anonymous, aggregated statistics with us (for example, the number of installs or crash reports you have agreed to share with developers in your device's settings).

We do not sell or share data for advertising, and never will.

5. Children

Catholic Arcade is made for readers of all ages, including children. We do not collect personal information from anyone: the app has no accounts, no chat, no ads and no analytics, and nothing a player types or does leaves the device. The grown-ups' area and any external links sit behind a parental gate. We follow Google Play's Families Policy, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Deleting Your Data

Everything is on the device: reset a game or remove a player in the grown-ups' area, or delete the app to remove everything. We hold nothing to delete.

7. Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data from Catholic Arcade, there is nothing for us to access, correct or erase. You keep full control on the device (section 6). If you have a question or a complaint, email support@appfide.com; we respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board of India).

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date. If the app ever needed to collect anything (for example, to check a purchase), this policy would say so here first.
