Platform-Specific Refund Policies
iOS App Store Purchases
For purchases made through the Apple App Store:

All refund requests for iOS app purchases and in-app purchases
must be submitted through Apple.

or your device's Settings > App Store > Your Account > Purchase

Refund eligibility and processing are determined solely by Apple
according to their policies.

the refund process or decision.
Google Play Store Purchases
For purchases made through the Google Play Store:

Initial refund requests should be made through Google Play Store
within 48 hours of purchase for automatic refunds.

For requests after 48 hours, please contact us with your Google
Play Order ID and purchase details.

We will review your request and process eligible refunds within
5-7 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method
used for the purchase.
Web App Purchases
For purchases made through our web platform:

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Valid reasons for refund include but are not limited to:
