Platform-Specific Refund Policies

iOS App Store Purchases

For purchases made through the Apple App Store:

  • All refund requests for iOS app purchases and in-app purchases must be submitted through Apple.
  • To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or your device's Settings > App Store > Your Account > Purchase History.
  • Refund eligibility and processing are determined solely by Apple according to their policies.
  • Apple may notify us of the refund, but we have no control over the refund process or decision.
Google Play Store Purchases

For purchases made through the Google Play Store:

  • Initial refund requests should be made through Google Play Store within 48 hours of purchase for automatic refunds.
  • For requests after 48 hours, please contact us with your Google Play Order ID and purchase details.
  • We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Web App Purchases

For purchases made through our web platform:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please provide your purchase receipt ID and reason for the refund request.
  • Valid reasons for refund include but are not limited to:
    • Technical issues preventing access to the purchased content
    • Service unavailability
    • Billing errors
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Consumable virtual items that have been used
  • Subscription services after the refund window has expired

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services:
